We have identified an issue in the core ClickMeter databases, affecting performances and availability of API and Redirection services. Data integrity and security is not affected by this, no data has been lost due to this incident. In our attempts to find a viable patch to solve this, we accidentally caused a second downtime window of 10 minutes today. We are still working on restoring the full capacity of our database system.
