Dashboard/API outage affecting link creation and link search

We are aware of an incident that affected the ability to create and search links via the ClickMeter API and Dashboard. Incident has now been solved. This outage happened in the context of a large migration of the ClickMeter infrastructure to the new AWS cloud environment (from EC2-Classic to VPC network), as we launched a new cluster this week to support Search (and indexing) functionality, the connection between our API and this new cluster was affected by our cloud configuration changes today. We migrated 80% of the ClickMeter architecture and do not expect any additional outage regarding the SaaS product API and Dashboard.
